Practice Courts & Registration

 

PCC will be open all day Thursday for practice courts on a first come, first served basis when courts are not being utilized by club member

 

Thursday from 5:00-8:00pm - PCC

Friday beginning at 7:30am - PCC

Saturday beginning at 7:30am - PCC & GCC (Tournament gifts can only be picked up at PCC)

Food and Beverage

Philadelphia Cricket Club and Germantown Cricket Club have facilities onsite to purchase food and beverages throughout the week. In addition, complimentary meals will be served throughout the weekend based on the below schedule.

 

Breakfast

Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided Friday through Sunday.

 

 

Lunch

Provided from 11:30am – 2:00pm on Friday (PCC) and Saturday (PCC & GCC). Players will receive lunch vouchers at registration.

 

Dinner

On Saturday dinner will take place at Philadelphia Cricket Club’s Banquet Hall. Attendance is complimentary for all tournament players and guests are able to attend for $85. Guests tickets can be purchased at tournament registration and at the dinner.

 

Saturday Dinner Schedule

  

• 7:30pm – Cocktails
• 8:00pm – Dinner Served (will be available until 9:30pm)
• 8:30pm – Remarks
• 8:45pm – DJ and Dancing (party concludes at midnight)

 

Drinks

At registration players will receive 4 drink tickets (Wine, Beer, Non-alcoholic) to use on Friday evening during the exhibition and Saturday night during the dinner.

Sunday, November 11, 2018. All teams need to be available until 4:00pm EST.

Due to the size and logistical constraints of running this tournament, US Squash cannot accommodate any scheduling requests.

 All US resident participants must be current US Squash members. Non-resident players must contact tournnaments@ussquash.com  for entry onto a team.

Accreditation 

• This tournament is accredited by US Squash. 
• All US Squash Accredited Tournaments must abide by the policies outlined here. 

 

Code of Conduct 

• All Players, Parents, Coaches, and Spectators must abide by the US Squash Code of Conduct. 
• All Players, Parents, Coaches, and Spectators should review the?Rules of the Road for tips and tricks on how to manage common scenarios that may occur at tournaments. 

 

Protective Eyewear 

• All players and attendees must comply with the US Squash Eyewear Policy, which requires that eyewear meet ASTM-F803 standards at all times during accredited play. 

 

Players may play in both the Howe Cup and the MPB Doubles event. Only one entry fee is required in this case. Please email tournaments@ussquash.com to be entered into the Doubles event.
