3.11.2019 Practice Courts

Practice courts will be available at the MacArthur Sports Center on Thursday from 4:30. Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis in 30minute time slots with a sign up sheet being available at each court. 


3.8.19 Sunday Schedule

Please note that the last scheduled match times for Sunday are at 12:30pm

The medal ceremony for the U11, 13 and 15 age groups will be at 11:30 on the Glass Court 2.

The medal ceremony for U17 and U19 age groups will be t 1:15 on Glass  Court 1

First, second and third places players are asked to attend these ceremonies.

The US Squash Junior Awards Dinner will take place at the Boars Head Pavilion. Join us on Saturday, March 16 following the conclusion of matches to celebrate the culminatino of the season. Click here to register.


1.27.2019 Gold Tournament Factor  for Quaification and Seeding 

Please note that the Meadowmill Gold will be factored into qualification for this tournament. The Cleveland Gold will affect seeding only.

SAT and ACT Exams:

Due to the size of the tournament and scheduling constraints, US Squash is unable accommodate scheduling requests for players taking SAT or ACT exams.

Cut List, Division Start Times, Player Start Times, and Draws:

This information will be released on the tournament information page in accordance with the timelines outlined in the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.   All participants will receive an email from the US Squash Tournaments Team as soon as any of this information is available.
Late Withdrawal Deadline:

Players in the main draw who withdraw from the tournament after the late withdraw deadline will be penalized in accordance with the default and withdraw policy outlined in the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.

Entry Deadline and Fees
Regular Tournament Entry is until 2/27/19 at 12:00pm, NOON EST at $225*
Late Tournament Entry is after 2/27/18 at 12:00pm, NOON EST at $225*
*Includes a non-refundable $10 processing charge per entrant.
-          No refunds will be issued to players who withdraw from the main draw after the regular entry deadline.
-          Players who remain on the waitlist and do not gain entry into their division will automatically receive a refund for their entry fee less the $10 processing fee within 1-2 weeks after the completion of the tournament.
-          All players must be current US Squash members.
-          Players may only be entered in one division.
-          All accredited tournaments will be governed by the policies outlined in the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.
-          All players who sign up after the regular entry deadline are considered late entries. These players should assume that they are on the waitlist unless they have been told otherwise by the Tournament Director.
Cancelling Entry or Changing Division
If a player wants to either withdraw from a tournament or request to change divisions:
1)      Log in to your account.
2)      Go to the “tournaments” tab on your profile.
3)      Click on the “Withdraw/Change Division” button next to the tournament you would like either withdraw from or change divisions in.
4)      Select “Request: Withdraw/Refund” or “Request: Change Division” and click submit
  • If selecting “Request Change Division,” choose the division you would like to change to and click submit.
  • If selecting “Request Withdraw/Refund” read all US Squash policies and check the “Yes, I wish to withdraw” box and click submit.
Once you submit your request, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been sent to the Tournament Director. If you have not received an email indicating that your request has been processed within 48 hours, please follow up with the tournament director directly.
Tournament Policies:
-          All players must be current U.S. Citizens.
-          All players must be current US Squash members.
-          All players must have a minimum of three active junior tournament exposures (within the past 11 months) as of February 27, 2019.
-          Age eligibility for the Junior Closed Championships is based on a players’ age on March 17, 2019.
-          The cut list for the Junior Closed Championships is based on a players’ ranking on February 27, 2019.
-          Straight bracket seeding (1 v. 32, 2 v. 31, etc.) will be used.
-          This tournament is accredited by US Squash.
-          All US Squash Accredited Tournaments must abide by the policies outlined here.
Code of Conduct
-          All Players, Parents, Coaches, and Spectators must abide by the US Squash Code of Conduct.
-          All Players, Parents, Coaches, and Spectators should review the Rules of the Road for tips and tricks on how to manage common scenarios that may occur at tournaments.
Protective Eyewear
-          All players and coaches must wear protective eyewear during all activities involving racquets and balls that take place on a court at US Squash accredited events
-          All eyewear must meet ASTM-F803 standards at all times during accredited play. For a full list of approved eyewear, click here.
