1.3.18 – Cut List Now Available
The registration deadline has passed and the cut list has been created for the 2018 HEAD U.S. High School Team Squash Championships. Because there were more than 180 teams that registered prior to the entry deadline, 5 teams have been placed on a waitlist. The official waitlist order for the tournament is:
- Greenwich Academy JV (Girls’)
- Brunswick School Varsity C (Boys’)
- Rye Country Day School (Girls’)
- Rumson Fair Haven Squash (Boys’)
- Hackley NYL (Boys’)
- Hackley NYL (Girls')

11.2.17 - Tournament Size Cap
Due to the continued growth of the High School Championships, a maximum of 180 teams will be allowed entry in order to ensure the event can be completed within the scheduled three days of competition. Based on numbers from prior years, it is likely that all teams will be granted entry into the event; however, should registrations exceed the 180 team cap, the following criteria (listed in order of priority) will be used to determine entry:
- Varsity/A/First team from each school per gender
- JV/B/Second team from each school per gender
- C/Third team from each school per gender
Note - within each category, the order will be determined by time of entry. For example, if there are 182 teams registered, the two C/third teams who registered last will be placed on the waitlist. Additionally, any team, regardless of level, that registers after the registration deadline will be placed on a waitlist, in order of entry time, below all teams that register prior to the deadline.
Tournament Schedule:
Friday, February 2, 2018: All players should be available starting at 8:00am.
Sunday, February 4, 2018: All players should be available until 6:00pm.
Note: US Squash will aim to start as late as possible on Friday, but due to court constraints, we may need to begin matches as early as 8:00am.
