How to Register a Team for the Howe Cup:

Registration for the Howe Cup is broken down into three parts.  The first part is accepting payment assigning a player contact for your team.  The second part is adding members to your roster.  The last part is optional and only applicable if you or any team member is interested in bringing a guest to the festivities!  Please read through ALL the instructions below, and then begin the first part of the registration process.

1. TEAM REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: Please click on the green "sign up" button at the top of the screen and follow the instructions to set up and provide payment for your team.  Note that only one payment is allowed per team.  The person who is listed as the "Team Contact Name" in the registration process will automatically be listed as the team captain and will be the only person with privileges to manage the team roster.  The team contact may not be the actual team captain, however, it is necessary that the team contact be listed as the team captain during the registration process in order to give the proper administrative rights to manage the roster for your team.

2. ROSTER MANAGEMENT: Add your roster by following these steps (Reminder: You must be logged in!)

  1.       Click the following link to find your division for the 2017 Howe Cup
  2.       Click on your division
  3.       Click on your team
  4.       Click “Manage Roster”
  5.       Search for your players by using their name (last name, first name) or US Squash Number
  6.       Add each player to your roster

Note: You can search using partial names (ex: to search for Sarah Johnson, you could type: joh, sar).  If you cannot find a player in our system, you will need to create a free online account for them.  To create a new free account, click on the "membership" across the top of the screen and then click "create free online account.  Keep in mind that when entering players, the roster does not need to be in order of strength (final order of strength is due when checking in at the event)!

 3. BRING A GUEST: You can bring a guest to the event by registering them in advance by calling US Squash at 212.268.4090 and providing payment information. ($75 per guest)

Format and Matching: The singles division is a team event.  There should be one entry form per five person team.  If you would like to play but don't have a team please contact Kim Clearkin at kim.clearkin@ussquash.com.
