  • Regular Tournament Entry is until Wednesday 10/5/2016 at 12:00pm, NOON EST
    • If there are more than 16 players in a draw a cut list will be formed and be available by Wednesday 10/5/2016 5:00pm EST
    • Players will be moved into the main draw from the waitlist until 10/12/2016 12:00pm NOON EST

 

  • Division Start Times will be available Friday 10/7/2016 at 5:00pm EST

 

  • Online Draws will be available Wednesday 10/12/2016 at 12:00 NOON EST

 

Entry Information

Tournament Entry is available two different ways:
1) Players can register on the US Squash website

        - Regular Tournament Entry is until 10/5/2016 at 12:00pm, NOON EST at $95* 
        - Late Tournament Entry is after 10/5/2016 at 12:00pm, NOON EST at $125* 

2) Players can gain free entry to this event if they finish in 1st or 2nd place in any given skill division based on qualification through one of the Regional Championships hosted around the country. US Squash will reach out to thee players separately to seek their entry.

*Includes a $10 non-refundable online processing charge per entrant.

 

Eligibility
All participants must be be current members of US Squash through the last day of the tournament.

Players may only participate in one division.

 

Skill Level Information
In order to be eligible for the US Squash Skill Level Championships in a given division, a player must have a skill rating equal to or less than the division he or she is registering. 

If a player competed in their Regional championship their rating at registration deadline will be talen to determine their eligible division even if this is different  from the division competed in Regionally.

If a player did not compete in the Regional Championship then a player's skill rating is taken as that at the time of registration deadline of the US Skill Level Championship.

 

Tournament Draw Notes

Please note that draws will be capped at 16 players. In the event that more than 16 players are entered at registration deadline a waitlist will be formed based upon the US Squash rating of a player.

A minimum of 4 players are required to host any given division.

Divisions may be combined if there are fewer than 4 players entered,

Withdraw Information
Players who withdraw from the tournament after the registration deadline will forfeit their entry fee.  If a player withdraws before the registration deadline, they are eligible for a refund for their entry fee less the $10 non-refundable online processing fee.
 

How to Withdraw or Change Divisions from the 2015 U.S. Skill Levels Championships
If a player wants to either withdraw from a tournament or request to change divisions, follow the directions outlined below:

1) Log in to your account.
2) Go to the “tournaments” tab on your player profile.
3) Click on “Withdraw/Change Division” next to the tournament you would like either withdraw from or request a division change.
4) Select “Request Change Division” or “Request Withdraw/Refund”
    - If selecting “Request Change Division,” select the division you would like to change to and click “Submit.”
    - If selecting “Request Withdraw/Refund” read all US Squash policies and check the “Yes, I wish to withdraw” box and click “Submit.”
    - Once you submit your request, you will receive an email that states that your request has been sent to the Tournament Director.  If you have not received an email indicating that your request has been processed within 48 hours, please follow 

Accreditation

  • This tournament is accredited by US Squash. 
  • All US Squash Accredited Tournaments must abide by the policies outlined here

 

Code of Conduct 

  • All Players, Parents, Coaches, and Spectators must abide by the US Squash Code of Conduct
  • All Players, Parents, Coaches, and Spectators should review the Rules of the Road for tips and tricks on how to manage common scenarios that may occur at tournaments. 

 

Protective Eyewear 

  • All players and attendees must comply with the US Squash Eyewear Policy, which requires that eyewear meet ASTM-F803 standards at all times during accredited play. 

 

Cut List 

  • All divisions are open to the highest rated 16 eligible players who enter per division. If less than 16 players enter a division, any eligible player will be accepted. If there are more than 16 players in any division, players will be placed on a waitlist based on their rating and will only be granted entry if a playing position becomes available.    

 

Seeding 

  • Tournament seeding is based off of the rating at registration deadline. A seeding committee will also be formed to ensure the integrity of the draw.
