2015 U.S. Middle School Team Championships


2014 - 2015 Eligibility Criteria for Entering Team:
- All participants must be current US Squash members through the last day of the tournament.
- All participants are required to have taken and passed the online referee exam before the start of the tournament.
- All participants must be currently enrolled and attending classes for the school they will represent. Teams comprised of players from multiple schools may compete in the Middle School Championships if their school district and individual schools sanction the team as having varsity status and that team competes together in a US Squash SSP accredited league.
- All participants must be enrolled in 8th grade or below in order to be eligible to participate.
- Each team must have a minimum five (5) players on their roster in order to compete during the Championships.  
- Emerging Teams in their first year participating in the Middle School Championships may include participants from multiple schools within the same school district.  Emerging teams are designed for entry-level competition and will likely not be eligible to participate in Division 1; all final decisions on eligibility are at the discretion of US Squash.  All teams interested in qualifying as an Emerging Team must submit their request for approval via email to tournaments@ussquash.com with information about their players and what schools they are currently attending.
- Schools only are eligible to compete as an Emerging Team formed from multiple schools in their first year of competition.  In subsequent years, teams must be comprised on competitors from the same school.
- Team and player participation in the tournament is ultimately at the discretion of US Squash.

Entry Information:
Entries must be submitted online with a credit card – NO FAXES OR PAPER ENTRY FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

$425 per team - Early Entry Fee (received before Wednesday, November 19, 2014, 12:00pm, NOON, EST)
$500 per team - Regular Entry Fee (received before Monday, January 5, 2015, 5:00pm EST)
$625 per team - Late Entry Fee* (received after Monday, January 5, 2015, 5:00pm EST)

*Please note that late registrations are not guaranteed entry into the tournament and will only be granted entry at the discretion of US Squash.
