below is an outline of the steps involved to complete the registration process  

Page 1 –  Player Entry Form. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PLAYER.  Please fill out ALL required fields 
Page 2 -  "Your Cart Contains" shows details of the your player. Remove option available if there are more than ONE entry in your cart. 
Page 3 – "Check Out"  final page double check your order.
Page 4 – Credit Card Payment
Page 5 – Order Confirmation.  Player can click on the "print" option to print their order. 

TIP:  If you see more than one item in your shopping cart, please use the "remove" option to delete unwanted items
