If fewer than 16 players enter, all players will be placed in the draw (subject to the membership and skill level requirement). If more than 16 players enter, players will be placed on a waitlist based on their skill level rating (as of the entry deadline) and will only be granted entry if a playing position becomes available in a way compatible with the draw.

Players who enter after the regular tournament entry deadline will go to the end of the waitlist, no matter how high their skill rating.

The entire tournament except the final is played on YOUR schedule, NOT in one weekend.

You will typically have 1 week to 2 weeks to schedule and play each round.  The amount of time will depend on the size of the draw.  Play begins no earlier than the week of April 16 and we will send you contact info on your opponents so you can arrange your matches on your schedule.

For draws, the match date and time indicates the last date that you can play that round.  Any matches unplayed by that time/date may be determined by a coin flip, unless supporting documentation is provided to the tournament director in advance.

Players determine the playing venue for their match.  The "home" court player pays any applicable guest fees.

All players must abide by the policies outlined here.
