All of the Withdraw and Change Division Policies can be found by clicking here.

The majority of the matches will be played at:

McArthur Squash Center
at Boar's Head Sports Center
200 Wellington Drive
Virginia. 22903

For travel details please click here. McArthur Squash Center has 9 singles courts, including one all glass white ball doubles. The all glass court will be used for tournament matches. The Squash Desk at McArthur Squash Center can be reached at 434-972-6009. The direct line for Tournament Director Mark Allen is 434-972,7424.

The secondary venue is St Anne's Belfield School, which has 5 ASB squash courts. These are located on the Greenway Rise Campus (Upper School) at 2132 Ivy Road, Charlottesville, VA 22903. The courts are behind the Student Activities Center at the rear of the campus. Directions to the Greenway Rise Campus can be found here. If your match is at St. Anne's then the court # on the draw will be preceeded by the abreviation STB. Please note that the STAB courts will only open 15 minutes before play is scheduled to begin, so those wanting to practice should do so at MSC.

Please make certain you make your way to the right campus - we have used the courts several times for other events and a lot or participants make the mistake of going to the Belfield Campus.

The two venues are 1.9 miles apart.

The Boar's Head Inn is adjacent to McArthur Squash Center. Unfortunately we do not have a preferential rates in place for the weekend, but you can contact hotel reservations directly on 434-962-6039 to see if any rooms might be available for booking.

Other quality hotels in the Charlottesville area are the Omni and the Courtyard Marriott (At UVA Medical Center and Charlottesville North).

The Cavalier Inn is a cheap and convenient option - it's just 3 miles from the club, and rooms are around $100 per night. And another competitively priced hotel locally is the Graduate on the corner and is one I personally recommend; we use it to host our referee's whenever we have a pro event, and they all really enjoy staying there.

BOAR'S HEAD INN: 434-296-2181

OMNI: 434-971-5500

COURTYARD MARIOTT: 434-977-1700 (UVA MEDICAL) 434-973-7100 (NORTH)

CAVALIER INN: 434-296-8111

GRADUATE: 434-295-4333

Lastly,  http://www.visitcharlottesville.org/ is a good resource for local hotel information.

Charlottesville has an Amtrak station with direct connection from union station in D.C. It also has a small and very convenient airport (CHO) that's 15 minutes from the club. Flying into Richmond is also easy - being a 75 minute drive away - but public transport from Richmond to Charlottesville is limited so I would advise hiring a car. Dulles Airport is a 2 hour 15 minute journey - but allow as much as 4 hours for Friday afternoon traffic.
