AWARD CEREMONY AND DEROY SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD SATURDAY
The DeRoy Junior Sportsmanship Award is awarded to one female and one male high school senior who display exemplary on and off court behavior while competing at a high level of squash.
This year, the award ceremony for the Deroy Sportsmanship Award and the ten William T. Ketcham Jr. Most Improved Award Winners will be presented Saturday evening at 7:00pm EST at the Princeton Courts. More information will be available about this ceremony shortly and we encourage all participants to attend.

PRACTICE COURTS
Princeton
Practice Courts are available at Princeton on a first-come-first-serve basis on Thursday afternoon. All courts will be available for use from 4:00pm - 6:45pm. Only courts 7 - 10 will be available for use from 6:45pm to close.
Lawrenceville
Practice Courts are also available at Lawrenceville on a first-come-first-serve basis on Thursday afternoon. Courts 1, 2, 3, 4 will be available for practice from 3:00pm - 8:00pm. (Court availability is subject to change due to Membership usage).
SQUASHGEAR.COM AT PRINCETON
SquashGear.com staff will be on site at Princeton University Jadwin Gym Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Squash racquet stringing will be on available at the SquashGear.com booth.
SquashGear.com representatives will also have full line of Harrow, Head, Prince, Wilson, Dunlop, Black Knight, and Tecnifibre squash racquets available for sale at special tournament discounted prices. Goggles, grips, headbands, other accessories, and selection of squash shoes will also be on hand. Special selection of shoes will also be available.

2014 U.S. Junior Squash Championships (Closed) Waitlist Order
NOTE: In divisions that have players waitlisted, the 30 highest ranked players have gained entry into the event. The remaining 2 players to gain entry into the event will be notified by 6:00pm EST on Friday, February 28, 2014. This is to allow a grace period for any potential registration errors.
Tournament Schedule:
Friday, March 14, 2014. All players need to be available starting at 8:00am EST.
Sunday, March 16, 2014. All players need to be available until 4:00pm EST.

Unfortunately, due to the size and logistical constraints of running this tournament, we cannot accommodate any scheduling requests.
Cut List, Division Start Times, Player Start Times, and Draws
This information will be released on the tournament information page in accordance with the timeline outlined in the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines. All participants will receive an email from the U.S. Squash Tournaments Team as soon as any of this information is available.
Late Withdrawal Deadline
Players in the main draw who withdraw from the tournament after the late withdraw deadline will be penalized in accordance with the default and withdraw policies outlined in the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.
Entry Information:
Regular Tournament Entry is until 2/26/14 (12:00pm, NOON EST) at $225* per player.
Late Tournament Entry is after 2/26/14 (12:00pm, NOON EST) at $225* per player.
*Includes a $10 non-refundable online processing charge per entrant.
· No refunds will be available for players who withdraw from the main draw after the Regular Tournament Entry deadline.
· If a player does not make it into a division based on his or her ranking, he or she may participate in an older age division if space still remains after the release of the cut list in accordance with the Locked Division and Draw Policies in the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.
· U.S. Squash reserves two discretionary positions per division for entry into this Tournament.
· All players must be current U.S. Citizens as well as current U.S. Squash members.
· Players may only enter one division.
All entries after the Regular Tournament Entry Deadline are late entries and will be handled according to the Late Entry and Waitlist Guidelines outlined below.
Late Entry and Waitlist Guidelines:
Players that sign up after the regular entry deadline will only be moved to the main draw in accordance with the policies laid out in the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.
After seeding and player start times are released, players will only be moved from the waitlist to the main draw in accordance with the policies laid out in the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.
Participation in Multiple Junior Championships
Players may compete in only 1 of the 3 U.S. Junior Individual Championships.
Boys’ and Girls’ Under 11 Division Only: Players may participate in multiple U.S. Junior Championships in the Under 11 Division if they are qualified based on their ranking. In the event that a player chooses to play in multiple U.S. Championships in the Under 11 Division, that player will only receive points for the highest level tournament in which they compete. For example, a player competing in both the U.S. Junior Championships (Closed) and the U.S. Junior Silver Championships will only receive points in the U.S. Junior Championships (Closed).
How to Withdraw or Change Divisions in a Gold, JCT, or National Championship Tournament

TOURNAMENT RULES
All U.S. Squash Accredited tournaments will abide by the policies outlined here.
Seeding:
Tournament Seeding will be based off of the ranking run that occurred on the Tuesday 1.5 weeks before the start of the tournament. Players will be seeded in accordance with the Seeding Guidelines outlined in the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.
Accreditation:
This tournament is accredited by U.S. Squash.
Miscellaneous Explanations:
Cut List:
All age divisions are to be open to the highest ranked 32 players who enter per division. If less than 32 players enter per division, any level player will be accepted. If there are more than 32 players in any division, players will be placed on a wait list based on their ranking and will only be granted entry if a playing spot opens up.
NOTE: In divisions that have players’ waitlisted, the 30 highest ranked players have gained entry into the tournament. The remaining 2 players to gain entry into the event will be notified by within 48 hours of the release of the Cut List. This is to allow a grace period for any potential registration errors.
Division Start Times:
This will indicate the earliest possible match a player can expect to play within their Division. These will be released in accordance with the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.
Player Start Times:
This is the assigned match time for a player’s first match. Player Start Times will be released in accordance with the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.
Draw Size Locking Deadline:
This is that date after which draws will no longer increase in size. Draw Sizes will lock in accordance with the Junior Rules, Guidelines, and Timelines.
