2015 U.S. Father-Son Squash Doubles Championships

Below is an outline of the steps involved to complete the registration process 

Page 1 –  Team Entry Form. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER TEAM.  Please fill out ALL required fields
Page 2 -  Your Cart Contains “shows details of the your doubles team.” Remove option available if there are more than ONE entry in your cart.
Page 3 – Check Out  “final page double checking"
Page 4 – Credit Card Payment
Page 5 – Order Confirmation.  Player can click on the "print" option to print their order.

TIP:  If you see more than one item in your shopping cart, please use the "remove" option to delete unwanted items.  Using the "back button" may cause this to happen.
